*A FEW REMINDERS*

-Orders MUST be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the date you need to MAIL your invites.
-I DO NOT print at home and therefore cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping. If you need an order faster than the ONE WEEK delivery please know that rush shipping charges will apply.
-ALL order are FINAL after final proof approval by customer. Once orders are sent to printer they cannot be changed and 29:11 is not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, time, etc once order has been approved to print. If an order is incorrect when received by the customer, the customer assumes all replacement order fees.
-PLEASE PLEASE check all elements of your order carefully (see above:)

Effective 4/15/10:
-Full payment is due after final proof approval. NO orders will be processed before payment is received.
-Checks and Cash will still be accepted but only BEFORE an order is placed so please keep this in mind when thinking of your time frame for an event.
-I accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover and all information is secure. A receipt is attached to your order when it is received for your records.
-Please chat with me before your order is started if you want to pay with cash or check.
